Marvin David has over 50 years of experience in the profession of law. Mr. David
actively engages in commercial litigation, principally dealing with real property.
He has tried over 200 jury cases in his long and illustrious career.
Mr. David is regularly engaged in substantive litigation and real-estate matters.
Among other things, he has acted as:
• Lead counsel to the trustee of the Hollywood Film Trust in the high-profile
decade-long litigation against major film production studios and leading celebrities.
• Counsel to one of the contractors in litigation arising out of the devastating
August 2007 sidewalk collapse in midtown New York.
• Court-appointed receiver for 218 West 47th Street, once the home of the notorious
yet historical Club USA.
• Transactional counsel for the sale of several multi-million dollar buildings
in New York City.
In addition, Mr. David has also served as Counsel to the Minority Leader of the New
York State Senate.
Mr. David was one of the youngest graduates of the N.Y.U School of Law, earning his
J.D. at the age of 21. He received his undergraduate education from N.Y.U. as well.
